In 2021, Dr. Haas & Dr. Smart officially joined our Fargo-based practice before taking it over in 2022. Throughout the entire 20+ years of Prairie Oral & Facial Surgery’s operation (and the 1+ year of our new ownership), we have prioritized the patient experience above all else.

Prairie Oral & Facial Surgery’s Clinic is centrally located in Fargo, right at the intersection of Interstate 94 and 25th Street. Our office is open from 8a-5p Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and 7a-2p on Friday. Patients have direct access to their doctor for after clinic hours questions or concerns.
