We are not contracted with any insurance companies. This means we are “not in network”. We can still submit charges to your insurance company (in most cases) and our billing specialists can help you understand what your insurance may cover.

For certain conditions, there is a lot of data gathering and work done in order to determine your insurance benefits or what treatment is appropriate for you. In these cases, a fee is collected for your consultation but may be applied toward any treatment costs. Some consultations are at no charge. We welcome you to contact the office for more specific information regarding consultation fees!

In some cases we offer pre-payment options and discounts for payment up front. In other cases we have third-party financing options available and in many cases we can submit claims to your dental or medical insurance for coverage or partial coverage.

In certain circumstances we offer discounts to those paying cash or paying for treatment up front. We encourage you to call our office for details regarding how you might be eligible for discounts.

A CRNA is a “certified registered nurse anesthetist” and we collaborate with them to keep you safe and comfortable during certain cases. It is a separate fee because it is an additional service.
